Pilates and Adult Classes
Open dance program for Adults who like to move.
Dance is truly for everyone no matter the age! Starting as an adult, we have a place for you to explore your dreams. This open program allows dancers to start when the timing is right for them. In this program we offer adult ballet and tap, and pilates.

Class rate per hour-
$22 per class- drop in rate
$40 per month for 1 30min class
$62 per month for 1 45min class
$79 per month for 1 75-90min class
$68 per month for pilates classes
$40 annual registration fee

Pilates
Monday- 9:00-10:00am (L2)
Thursday- 9:00-10:00am (Beginners)
Adult Ballet (14+)
Wednesday- 5:00-6:30pm
Adult Tap (14+)
Wednesday- 6:30-7:30pm

How It Works

1. FIRST TIME?
Start your Registration by selecting the registration box below and easily create your account with your email and password.

2. PAYMENT
Input your preferred card information to have stored securely on file in your account.

3. CLASSES
All new students must be pre approved for classes, we will reach out to you shortly.

4. MONTHLY PAYMENTS
Monthly tuition payments are processed on the first of each month. Enrollment fees are annual.
Dress code:
Pilates, Adult Ballet: Workout clothing is acceptable for both Adult Ballet and Pilates. For Adult Ballet dancers are welcome to wear leotard and tights with assorted dancewear. We do recommend wearing ballet shoes. For Pilates please supply your own mat. There is no official dress code for this division.
Adult Tap: Jazz pants, capris, or shorts, fitted t-shirt or tank top, appropriate shoes, and hair pulled back.
HAPPINESS GUARANTEE
Worry free enrollment! We’re confident you’ll love it, but if after four weeks your child is not twirling with delight, simply let us know before the end of the month and no future payments will be taken.

Parents with children of any age can watch our classes! We have a lobby area downstairs with viewing windows. For Twirling Toddlers, there needs to be a parent/ adult with them participating in the class as well.

You are never too old to start your dance journey! Our Adult Ballet and Tap classes are great for adults who are brand new to dance, or maybe took some classes when they were younger and are wanting to re-light the spark.

No! While Pilates is very helpful and beneficial to a ballet dancer’s training, it can be a great workout for anyone.
Pilates focuses on strengthening and coordinating the body's core muscles and focuses on core strength and stability, increasing flexibility, enhance balance, and reduce the risk of injuries.

PARKING:
Use street parking on chester ave and walk your dancer to the bdc lobby. after you arrive, we ask that an adult stay in the building for dancers who are ages 6 and under. we invite you to enjoy the comforts of our lobby with free wifi.
